Wiltfong just posted that Paschal will announce this week. Crystal Ball predictions are 53% ND, 23% Kentucky, 8% Oklahoma, 8% OSU, 8% Maryland. I'm not really considering the CB's much as there has been a lot of movement with his recruitment lately. For example, Maryland isn't in it and hasn't been for ages. His brother being at Kentucky really worries me but him just now deciding to commit right after visiting ND is a good sign......I think...,,,Who really fu$&ing knows..... I get myself way too wrapped u in this stuff.... Haha

The question is what school did Wiltfong out his crystal ball in for. That's where I'd put my money.

that recruiting eventually dulls on you after years of dealing with it. It sure has for me. I used to really get into it and get excited upon hearing any speck of good news regarding a recruit. After awhile, you just get used to hearing noise around recruiting and get better and connecting the dots.

Please do tell about your improvement at connecting the dots...?

Sampson interviewed Brock wright, he felt Martin and Paschal were the most likely.

Can't say I'm super confident but I think we get Paschal this coming week.

My rationale would be, his brother was at Kentucky when he wanted to commit to ND over the summer. So either that has become substantially more important over the last few months, or it's not that big of a factor. I'm going with the latter.

Winning teams and coach security can't be of major importance as Stoops is just as much on the hot seat, as Kelly. Therefore, his brothers job as well, most likely.

Also, if education was important enough that he wanted to take the time to get his academics in order, versus just cashing it in his senior season (which would be very common for a lot of athletes), then I don't see how he passes that up for Kentucky.

If he chooses Kentucky, it wouldn't shock me, but I think the logic says it should be ND here.

Great insight. I agree and I hope we're right.

Whats your opinion/prediction, panda?

Not Panda, but I'll go ahead and say Irish. No info, just think he did the work in the classroom to get himself eligible, no reason not to let that hard work go to waste.

I'm thinking the same thing but I'm gonna stay cautiously optimistic just in case. I think it is pretty much a fact that he'll be competing for playing time right away as it looks like he might be able to play all 4 positions in a 4-3

I think with him putting in the work, hasn't commited to Kentucky yet....its US...but NOT 100% sure...i would say 75% ND 25% Kentucky.

Yeah I'm sure he would've committed to UK a while ago if he didn't want to put in the work in the classroom

I can't tell if Loy and Wiltfong are grossly incompetent at gathering accurate Intel, or they intentionally withhold bad news to keep the pageviews rolling in. When I was a member, I lost count of the number of times swore up and down that ND was in good shape for a recruit despite multiple reports from others that it wasn't the case.

I honestly think we should consider putting a moratorium on 247 intel from these two.

Why is ND the worst at getting DL? Especially rush ends. It's kinda pathetic. One of the most important posistions to be solid at and they fail year after year. Smh.
