So hard to pull kids from California to come to the Midwest.
Next year's team will have 10 Cali kids. Should it be more?

He apparently signed his grant-in-aid paperwork when Kelly did his home visit. Someone got in his head, and made him change his mind. It's interesting, because everyone said the parents were in ND's corner, and really want him to go to ND.
Not surprised but what seemed to turn this one for the worst?

Sounds like he got cold feet regarding distance. Like stated already, he gave ND a silent commitment and signed grant-in-aid paperwork, while BK was at his house for his in-home visit. This was all wrapped up, at one point.
wonder if greg johnson (who supposedly didn't like it) was being negative during the banquet and soured the visit for the other prospects
I feel like the banquet did more harm than good. Although, I'm sure the wheels had already been set in motion before the visit, it just seemed that Graham and Paschal (sp?) Were going to commit.
Ridiculous.

Good lord. Seriously?
Look at the amount of Cali kids offered compared to signed. Look at the kids that were so close to coming to ND and decided to stay or West or go to Oklahoma. This happens more often than a Cali kid coming to ND.

Per ISD intel, will likely choose the ducks. Neg recruiting took its toll which included showing him the newspaper ad.
Oh well. When you're 4-8 you're treated 4-8. Don't like it, don't lose to Duke and Navy.
