I'm interested to see how many commits we get this weekend as we are long overdue for one. But I think I'm more interested to see who the kids that are lowly ranked by the recruiting services that will earn an offer this weekend

"I didn’t get to go," said Kelly. "It just didn't work out. I broke my nose yesterday and that's part of it."

However, Kelly did say that the trip could be rescheduled as early as next week.

"We may go next week, but I’m not sure," said Kelly. "I know the coaches really want me there and I want to go. It may just be a regular unofficial visit next week."

The prospect I was most excited to see get on campus for this event. Damn. Really hope he makes it to SB this summer.

Strongly disagree. BK should wear loafers when appropriate and that is as casual as he should get. Flip-flops? Never. He's a grown man. It's enough that he's wearing shorts.

I wear flip-flops when I'm high on drugs... not when I'm recruiting elite athletes.

Disagree. Dress casual and let the recruits know you're just another guy. Not some HC that likes to sit on his throne and look down on everyone.

BTW.......Grown men like to be comfortable. Nothing wrong with shorts and sandals if they choose.

I actually agree - I think kids from the South and kids from less affluent backgrounds will identify more with someone who dresses professionally (hey I'm the coach), but still casual (I'm not a dictator). Basically, like Killz's mullet....business in the front, party in the back.

DT Jeremy Darvin is a scratch. Very happy with the list overall but the 2016 DL group is a bust. I like Tomon Fox but I was hoping for at least some guys that could workout and discover some talent. Good news is a couple of beastly 2017's made it.

He is doing a really good job so far. He has a tough task of recruiting not so great territories for ND and a position that is hard for ND to recruit.
