You are right about the outcome of Decker's recruitment, but the sentiment is a little off. Decker always wanted to go to Ohio State, he just didn't have an offer until Meyer got there. Then his position coach at ND ended up at Ohio State as well. Liam can basically go wherever he wants and is deciding before his Sr. year.

Deckers recruitment ended the way it did because we got Ronnie Stanley.

I think it had more to do with him dying for an OSU offer than it did Stanley.

Taylor Decker always wanted to be a Buckeye. Completely different, IMO Liam made his mind up already even before his trip yesterday. It's Ohio State and Urban Meyer the best recruiter in college football as big of a scum bag as he is so I would expect Liam to rave about his Ohio State visit. I think he went home and slept on it and will make the decision shortly. Every recruiting site is confident it's ND and always said Liam sees the big piciture.
