Just when you think the world forgetting about yo boy
Was TE Chris Clark's First Game For UCLA His Last? - Bruins Nation
We need a top 10 list of recruits we are lucky did not pick ND.
Chris Clark would make the list IMO. Strange recruitment......I hope he figures it out and is successful in the future but man the baggage is heavy here.
I agree, but in this case, Clark was dropped by ND. His grades were unbelievably pathetic. And then you throw in all the drama with this kid, and he was an easy drop.
Haha, it's funny this came up. I did check the Bruins stats against Virginia last week to see how he did. Big goose eggs there. It's gonna be awful hard to go for 50,000 yards as a TE when you open with 0 yards your first game. Man, did this kid fall for UCLA's bait hook, line, and sinker.

kid had mono and lost like 20 pounds. he had no business being on the field. Im guessing Mora played him to try and keep him happy
Chris Clark will probably be a NFL player. Not going to trash the kid, I hope he does well. God knows I didn't know what I wanted at 18.
Was somebody trashing him?

LOL...........He's got a lonnnnnng way to go before he even sniffs NFL air.
NFL players with far bigger issues than entitlement can make a career out of it. If by far, you mean 4 years, we agree. But barring a major injury, I bet he has a solid NFL career. He's big and runs like a deer. Personality/douchery alone doesn't hold that back, unfortunately.
It does he if gets drafted by a shitty team in a shitty climate and feels like he doesn't want to play there, which is the most likely scenario. This kid's mentality is not one of great work ethic or desire. Those are huge red flags in the NFL.
Do we know yet (for sure) that there is an issue with him not going back? When I read that, i thought the dude was just visiting his hometown.
That's what I'm saying. The dude loves the spotlight and doesn't like homework. Not unlike a young koon, and look how I turned out! If he flakes out of UCLA as well as his verbal commitments, that'll be the final straw. But I'm not joining the 'he won't make it on a college/NFL team' just yet.
Ogling college football players and getting temporary banhammers on a CFB message board?
J/K big guy...missed ya while you were away

Better brush up on things. Work ethic is one of the top things the pros look at (Big Lou is a recent example). You can't feel entitled in the pros and be successful. You have to report to practice when they tell you to. You have to lift when they tell you to. You have to get on a plane when they tell you to. You have to take the hardships and work through them. There are plenty of guys working a regular job that have the physical ability to play in the NFL. They're not there because they didn't have the commitment. To me, this situation has that feeling. I may be wrong, but like IrishLion said, "it's probably not great when a guy is on the opposite side of the country the day before a game".
