basically said he's equal to Robinson, and running with the 2s.

hopefully his little bros are paying attention

Said he passed Holmes on depth chart for 2nd string....I think you miss read the part on him and Robinson being equal....it said Brown and Robinson were equal meaning Chris Brown.....st Brown is behind fuller

Also mentioned him and Ashton started getting into it but coaches broke it up...that was thrown in just showing toughness

I really thought ESB might be an over-hyped recruit coming in. I expected a junior year player and he's already wowing the staff.

For Kelly to say he runs like a deer and is tough and catches everything, methinks we'll see ESB catch at least 4 TDs this year.

With everyone commenting how Robinson looked noticeably faster, "blowing by corners", does anyone think they were mistaking ESB for Robinson early in camp? It sounds like ESB is the only other guy besides Fuller and Sanders able to "take the top off" the defense.

It's crazy to think how loaded we are at WR.... Seems like every WR we bring in minus Brent (now a RB), seems to live up to the hype... Excited to see this kid

I think Guyton and Boykin both Redshirt, does anyone else think Holmes may redshirt? He should have last year. No since in him wasting a year if he is only going to get 8-10 catches all year.

WR is one position where I will never doubt BK when he offers a kid. His track record is crazy at the position.

I think he could redshirt if there are no injuries but I think that may ultimately lead to a transfer. *NO KNOWLEDGE* but if he's jumped by 1-2 freshman and he has other players ahead of him in other classes, he may see the writing on the wall and transfer out.

I hope that isn't the case because everybody was high on Holmes coming out of high school.

Did he play?

Is there a link out there that shows who all played and how many snaps, etc.?

Was wondering if someone with more football knowledge than me could answer this about ESB... BK talks about how he would be playing if it weren't for him being behind Fuller. But if he is that good couldn't they move him over to Corey's side? I would imagine he could at least compete for PT with Corey.

First of all, Corey is behind Chris Brown (at W) that's why he's not getting much PT himself. So the question would be, if he's so good why isn't he pushing Brown for PT. My thought would be as a true freshman its a lot to learn multiple positions and the staff must feel he's best suited next year at the current spot (X). Plus Chris Brown is playing some darn good football, IMO. Doing some good things that don't show up on the stat sheet like blocking.

Great point, we haven't been subbing much this year but there is no reason to take Fuller and Brown off the field. Both are having the best years of their career in a ND uni. I believe St. Brown will play a bigger role for us next year.

Good to hear. No injury is good news, but I'd like him to be healthy for winter workouts and spring. He should be a huge player in 2016.

He'll push Fuller next year for #1 in receptions....
No info...

Thinking about Fuller+St.Brown+Hunter/Sanders+Aliz'e on the field together brings wood. Hyperion tree type of wood.

Shoulder surgery is good news? If he's having surgery, the degree of the sprain is enough that a lot of tissue was torn and ligaments stretched.
