He pulls away from guys. I think pretty much all of these 40 times get inflated a bit, but relative to what most guys get clocked as, he definitely passes for the 4.3 range. His breakaway speed is elite.

Knowing him personally, I can tell you he is the real deal and just as good of a kid than he is a player. He went for over 400 yrds last night against a very credible team. 22 carries for 311 yards, 3 receptions for 90 and 5 TD's with a 6th being called back.

Great to hear. Thanks for posting, and I hope you come back and continue to give us updates on Ryan on and off the field. Have to think he is a major, major target of ND's in his cycle.

Damnit...I hate seeing a kid so early in the process and get excited. Makes for a long recrutitment. Love this kids speed and althletic ability.

wow just checked him out.... i am impressed with the guys were landing now were definatley on the climb back to the front.... these guys with last yrs. crew i can see beating out the SEC in the next 2-5 yrs for the BCS....Maybe add a heisman trophy to the rest...

Green was one of the more impressive athletes at the combine. He measured in at 5-foot-10, 186 pounds, clocked a 4.45 40, a 4.45 shuttle and the day’s best vertical at 35.5 inches. In one-on-ones, he showed explosive quickness and the ability to instantly separate from linebackers.

In 247 article cited distance as a possible negative factor regarding ND, but we're still the school that's standing out to him (Alford is on the job). Also said he feels he can run lower than the 4.45 that he ran at the combine, but his legs are shot due to basketball this week.

I watched his tape and I dont care where he ranks he looks good for the type of BK offense. Reminds me of my the classmate that went to MSU 12 years ago.

Obviously we are really sticking out to him the most right now. Like Rocky stated above the only issue with ND is that it is far away from home and he wants his family to be able to see him play. However, Alford will continue to work his magic and you never know.

This kid look legit!! He has the type of pure speed that i think would thrive in BK's offense. Not the most well articulated prospect I've seen, and seems to be lured by flash and big names (Alabama/USC as target visits). Looks like we better roll out the red carpet and new uniforms next year for this kid cause I want him.

I'll say it now, Green is next year's Tay B. He is way better than his ranking and should go nowhere but up over the next year.

100% agree. We already have this year's version of Tee as well - Elmer (a 5 star stud EE who started our class off with a bang and truly loves ND).
