There a lot more that goes into it than that. If that were the case then every kid in the country would be knocking down the door. ND isn't for anyone and props to Greg for coming up and checking it out. By no means am I saying he isnt coming to ND, but theres no need to assume is on the verge of committing. In my opinion he is the best back in the class, but he would be hard pressed to start next year. 5'11 200lbs is by far not even close to the biggest on the team lol. Theres what 22 guys that want to play for Kelly out of the 150-200 schollies offered? I mean you are right there is a lot more than football in each decision. He obviously has no problem with leaving the state bc he was committed to Okla, but at the sametime Oklahoma is the farthest thing from what you just mentioned in your post about education and football.

While I will agree that this thread was getting a little carried away, like it was a done deal. However Wiltfong did use the term surging in regards to his recruitment. #drinkingkoolaid

the recruiting sites all know they best way to get traffic right now is linking recruits to ND..

Seriously, hasn't recruiting become a nonissue with this staff? I know everybody wants the high drama of years past; but, it seems as if good kids are standing in line to get their ticket punched.

Instead of worrying about this guy or that, all that is left is to guess how they will be best used, or at what position they will end up!

Personal opinion still remains that we blow him away on his visit. I know its been said on IE before but for everybody that doesn't have a BGI membership this TV alone was probably worth it. IMO they are head and shoulders above the rest and just something to consider.

my dad's #1 choice for me was Goshen College. Thank mother****ingaperapeinggod I got in to notre dame.

edit: this was relevant...my personal experience of how little a student cares about where his dad wants him to go. Also, my apologies for offending your apparently hyperchristian sentiments and causing widespread butthurt. Not everyone is the same religion as you, please try to be more accepting of others.

The difference here is that he will be able to go home and tell his friends he is committing to a team in the NC. While the SEC people here think they are going to kill ND, they are definitly no longer treating us as a has-been.
