Sorry to get off topic but...
We used to absolutely beat down on Tri State in baseball every year. Even with the wood bats in fall ball. I've hit a few baseball on to the softball diamond beyond the right field fence. My right handed buddies used to play pepper with the train track over left.

Seriously, Auburn, CA is a small town in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada's. I have been there. I think that there are some inherent advantages a school like ND has in the process for a kid from a town like this, more than weather I mean.
