Quit clutching pearls. We are going to kick their asses.
I fully expect this week is "work on the OL/RB timing issues to fix the running game." A lot of what I was seeing (very much arm chair amateur here) was Aneyas pressing and either being too impatient to wait for the right blocks OR hesitating when the blocks were set and the hole showed. My guess is they'll work on the timing and calls so that he's settled into it a little more. The talent is there, it's just an adjustment when we had two god-level RBs last year.

Your mom clutches these pearls,....

Anyway, I picked us to win by four scores... All I'm saying is the only things I can see making an upset possible is a major injury or injuries early or a completely one sided turnover ratio... both of which become at least slightly more possible with weather like this. That's not a hot take or scared take... I'd rather it be sunny and clear here... and yes, we will most likely roll.

Why TF can't they move kickoff up to 6:30 and take the weather drama out of it. We all know the 7:30 kick will really be 7:55 if we are lucky. One lightning strike at 10pm and this thing might not get done until 2am.

UNC gametime won't be announced until next week. Why do they have to walk straight in to stupid just to hold a TV timeslot?

I can not fathom a one dimensional offense standing a chance against our defense no matter how good that one dimension is. Hard to kill the clock with 3 and outs. Our offense is still trying to find it's stride - bad news for mediocre Sparty D that is more suspect in the air than on the ground. We roll before the weather rolls in. That is why I think we cover comfortably.

IMO they could. For some reason NBC has no afternoon game this Saturday.

Can’t wait for the Saturday posts:

- lot of Sparty fans here
- clouds look ominous, think we’re in for a delay
- clear skies, go Irish
- lot is popping, Irish fans are well lubricated for this one
- 2008: just saw a DT
Don't forget the last minute injury rumors.

Has anyone heard about an injury to [insert key defensive player]?

My father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate was at the player walk and said Boubacar was in a full body cast being wheeled in on a gurney

Add Matt Freeman or Pete Sampson tweets about not being able to see the numbers on the jerseys for one of the teams during warm ups
