Notre Dame Stadium
Notre Dame, Indiana

Agreed but Fitzgerald is always a pain in the assI don’t know if “showdown” is the right word…
not beyond realm of possibility they lose at home to Toledo in Week OneI don’t know if “showdown” is the right word…
Beat down seems more appropriateI don’t know if “showdown” is the right word…
How many people will you be taking? I have a hotel room maybe 1.5 miles from campus that I'm looking to dump. I think it's only a king bed.I mentioned in another thread that I’ve had some circumstances change, and I’m looking to make my first trip to South Bend this fall with my family. This seems like the most logical game to try. It’s this or the Stanford game.
I have two main questions, the rest I can figure out.
1. What towns outside of South Bend are convenient to stay at but won’t break the bank? We’d be flying into Ohare so I’d prefer west more so than east.
2. Easiest way to get to tix? I don’t want to wait until the day off. Too big or risk for me. I’d like to be a little closer, lower bowl hopefully but don’t want to pay crazy prices to be super close either.
Any help would be appreciated.
