I LOVE making jambalaya. I do a simple version in the crock pot for ease and set and forget while I go to work and it’s one of my favorite dishes I make. Getting smoky bites of andouille with that cajun seasoning blend SLAPS

Ha, with 2 current gopher step kids ND fans abundant here, as well. Just bought my gopher family weekend game tickets this morning. I will loose my voice screaming against the Skunkbears this year!!

I was pretty good. 3:00 hit and I started to feel butterflies. Could be the ~~3rd~~ 8th beer of the day kicking in. Could be the ~~3rd~~ 8th helping of pasta salad. But most likely it’s the best feeling on earth—that Irish football is about 4 hours away.
