I'd agree, but I wouldn't want to take a job on the eve of NSD. If this came about a month, 6 weeks ago, then I may be all over it. Diaco knows there will be opportunities in the future for him as well-- good opportunities.

Yeah, I'll be worried about losing Diaco to a head coaching position in two or three years, but it seems to me this is not a good move for him right now. The Big East is still a notch below the other BCS conferences, and who knows if it will fall off even further. If Diaco keeps doing what he is doing he'll be a candidate for head coaching jobs in top conferences before too long.
