I guess I can see how I muddied the context crossing themes.

Pete Sampson just checked in with Gunner. He's still on campus as of 11am. Distance WILL be a factor in the school he chooses. I can't really say more and still paraphrase, but things look good for ND moving forward.

Just an FYI for those that may not know-- Nashville to Columbus, IN is only about a 4 hour drive. So Vandy is closer than what some people may think.

Then he needs to go to ND, show off his cannon for 4 years, go to the NFL and star in a Play 60 ad, spending time with kids. Works for me. Do you really think his goal is to graduate from Vandy and become a middle school teacher? Neither do I.

Vandy is a good school and they have gotten some good recruits lately. Hard to talk bad about them.

In the SEC, let's face it, they can only go so far. I don't mean that as a slam, I just can't see them getting to the top of that conference.

I guess it depends on his priorities.
