I still think William gholston trying to brake Denards neck was dirtier though

Now, I love laying a hard blindside hit probably more than the next guy, but that is absolutely unacceptable. He waved fair catch AND you didn't let him catch the ball AND you led with your helmet AND you got up and acted like you were hot **** afterwards. A suspension has to be inevitable.

Thank god the returner is okay.

That's sickening. He led with his head, hit a defenseless player, taunted, yelled obseneties at the fans and disrespected his coaches. Just a thug, plain and simple.

and they might end up with DGB. Is there no justice in this world?

Separate from he play did you see the Vandy coach yell and grab the kids face mask? Could you imagine the sh*t storm BK would be in if he did that? Welcome to the SEC I guess.

The SEC shouldn't even have to suspend this player. Petrino and the coaching staff should suspend him.

Thanks a lot NCAA. You've created this mess by allowing SEC schools to run wild.

That hit was terrible. Glad the Returner was ok. He acted like he did nothing wrong. He knew 5 yards away he was going to try and kill him he should be suspened for at least 2 games.

I said what he did was bad, and should be punished for it, just don't put don't say everybody does it.As for the sec there is a reason there the best just ask the coach,and as for what Fairley did he did it to my bulldogs.The sec teams don't like each other but everybody isn't a cheapshot.

Your punctuation and ability to create run on sentences is flawless. Makes it difficult to read though. Nothing you've contributed to this particular thread makes any sense at all.

I don't THINK that he was trying to compare the two. I THINK that what he was saying was that making blanket statements about everyone in the SEC, based on this play, would be like someone saying that everyone on ND's team is a jackrag, based on Carlo taunting a guy. The comparison is not the two plays. The comparison is the potential stereotyping of everyone associated with a particular organization, because of an incident.

The worst aspect of this, to me, is that it took the ejection and this guy getting angry about it for an Arkansas coach to get all over him. There should have been an Arkansas coach or player on this guy the minute he got within 10 yards of the sidelines.

If the NCAA really wants to end this type of behavior, the penalty should be 15 yards for the hit on a fair catch, 15 yards for unnecessary roughness and 15 yards for taunting. In addition, the offended team should be able to choose an additional player from the other team to remove from the game.
I bet this will never happen again if they do this.
