so. how was my gameday experience with nelson? it started with the player walk, when the ushers let me walk a little bit down the aisle and tell everyone to chant nelson's name when he walked by, which we did (me and a couple fans spread out towards the end of the line to get alot of ppl involved). he was loving it, and recognized me from yesterday and gave me a mini bro-hug as he walked by. when i got inside, i noticed that from basically an hour before kickoff on nelson was sitting in the student section a row behind the recruit section with a bunch of girls. literally, just him and 10 girls, probably the best looking girls ive seen here at nd. he seemed to be having a great time during the game. i hate to take credit, but i was indeed the one who started the "we want nelson" chants. we passed the word up and down section 33 about who nelson was and cheered during timeouts during the 4th quarter. at one point nelson was laughing his *** off looking up at us, noticing that we were the ones who had been giving him love all weekend, and after held his hand up and acted like he was signing his loi. again, dont really want to take credit, but we did a great job getting the crowd involved. overall it seemed like he had an increedddiblee time.

ive actually been thinking about that, but i think i might hurt. this was a special case because nelson was the only 2012 recruit here, so by chanting his name we werent really alienating anyone. usc theres going to be sooo many recruits that i think some might get turned off if we were shouting only one recruits name... then again, it is two recruits seeing as it could be for keith or byron haha but definitely as possibility.

Great job!!!! Reps to you. My only suggestion to you would be.....next home game, get an extra ticket so you can give it to bigedefense. That way I would get to 1) watch a game in person B) hang out with one of the BEST fans in the stadium. Hahaha! Seriously, that was awesome. Having that kind of fun while showing a prospect love. That's what college is about (and something about learning). Having good clean fun. I wish you success in your studies AND IN THE recruitment of Nelson. You may very well be our recruiting hero this year

Haha what they need to do is the "Christmas List" I saw hung from Zahm when I was in school. It was a huge white sheet the size of the side of the building and said "ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS: " And then had all of the big time recruits listed with a checkmark box open next to their name. Was some good stuff and right in the middle of campus.
