Statistically speaking, this isn't about a straight up Pearson Correlation. You'll need to run a linear regression in order to create an appropriate predictive model. That is, there are more Independent Variables than Mike's production.

I love it when you talk football!

We eggheads are never appreciated. That goes double when your avatar looks like an egg layer.

We wasn't supposed to have a twitter was he? I thought that social networking was stricken from his life since his incident.

Glad someone commented. That was one of my smartest posts.

It would have evoked more confidence had you demonstrated Rees's Recurrence Relation was proceeding like Fn=(Fn-1)+(Fn-2) as described by Leonardo of Pisa.

Knowing what you are referring to, and how elegant it is when written recursively as a last thought before heading out the door to my data structures class made me feel ultra geeky. So thanks for that.

It's sad...All I see from that list are...Brandon Weeden, Landry Jones, and Matt Barkley. If Floyd had any of those guys throwing to him, it would be over.

Not surprised. All of those guys have great QBs that can get them to ball. Mike doesn't.

1st round draft pick money is a nice consolation prize.

+1, don't think I have ever seen him lay out for a ball. I probably wouldn't either though with his past luck in the injury department.
Come to think of it the last time I remember him laying out for a ball is when he broke his collar bone.

MSU '09 He def didn't lay out. It was basically a jump ball and he just tipped over and got hurt. That's what was so crazy about it. How about the knee gash against Mich...lol...Bad luck

Bingo! I'd much rather have him not lay out for a ball than have him miss our remaining games. He is the best blocking WR in the country, catches almost everything thrown his way (a few drops is nothing when you consider he has over 80 catches this year) and does not fumble (this year at least). I can understand why he doesn't want to lay out for the overthrown balls.

He laid out in the Sun Bowl, but he got cute and tried to catch the ball with one hand.
