ND has the most verbals 2 (tied with OSU) and ND has the Top Rated Verbals. ND is also still in the hunt with more Top 50 Rivals CBs than any else. IF a story broke that Darby (and his speed) was slated for ND's offense. I think ND would have another CB in a hurry.
I didn't include verbals to other schools that might flip or JUCOs both are unknowns at this point. I don't how many CBs the others are looking at.
, 26th CB. Unless he's a major sleeper and Kelly's really high on him, he doesn't look like a "make room" kinda guy.
