7 on 7's in kentucky must be alot different than they are in ohio.... in my experiance in ohio they are scrimmages that alot of the time dont even have officials at them. when officials do participate it is typically a training exercise for them. hey if the kid screwed up he screwed up but it sounds like the official may have a bit of a chip on his shoulder. in ohio they will suspend a coach for two games for next to nothing but these incompetent tough guy officials have basicaly no oversight. its embaressing...

not to mention 90% of officials who officiate 7 on 7s are terrible...they're nothing more than AAU officials in basketball. i hate tournaments in regards to 7 on 7s, they do little more than teach bad habits to your players. I'd rather hold a scrimmage with one or two other teams and get a chance to stop, run a play again, and coach. about the only good thing that you get out of a tournament is the chance for players to compete.

that looks good for Michigan and Auburn having Tennessee out of the picture...i really don't see him going to Purdue

either way we have a 2/3 chance of seeing him four or five years.

Purdue doesn't have depth at QB and he could potentially play right away. Given their QB history with guys like Brees, Orton, Painter, I wouldn't be surprised if he went there. Frasier is the QB of the future at Auburn.

Big changes at Purdue now that Tiller is gone...he developed every one of the QBs you mentioned.

247 are predicting with high likelihood that he is committing to Auburn.

Very true. I am not a big fan of the new guy either, he just rubs me the wrong way.

Zeke likes money.

Anyway, Danny Hope is an asshat. We might have lost to Purdue in '09. We had like 30 seconds left without any timeouts and a third down situation, and Hope called a timeout. We regrouped, and Clausen found Rudolph for the TD on fourth.

But to be fair, Purdue lost their first and second stringers at just about every major skill position on offense this past season. They were down to their third string QB, third string RB, second string WRs (and no Keith Smith, which was huge), etc.

Dually noted. In his short tenure, Purdue has never been bowl eligible (and they should have easily been), lost countless games they should have won, and got Purdue banned from recruiting certain high schools in Florida.

Anytime a coach makes you use the expression "should have" twice in one comment, he's gotta go.

No I prefer the analogy from Riddik...he's the best coach purdue's had for us in a while, let's "Hope" they let him stick around.

I "hope" so, during the Holtz years we'd systematically beat Purdue by 30-40 points. I figure if/when Notre Dame reaches elite status again, we'll do it again.

Man I hated purdue for about 8 years...we lost 2 or 3 games to them we shouldn't have, clock management killed us one year.

As noted, there is a lot of Auburn chatter which confuses me. Khiel Frasier is the ideal quarterback for that system. As long as it's not Michigan, Im fine with it.

No Michigan, No Purdue, #winning
Amen!

Though I would have like to see Lynch, Tuitt, Shepard, and Darby shut him down in Ann Arbor. Perhaps they'll get a chance in a different venue in the second week in January in a couple of years.

If Auburn's not on probation.

Beat Bama, Zeke!

ND playing for a title in the next four years may be long odds.... but Auburn NOT landing on proby in the same time frame?... now that's VERY long odds.... lol

and beat Bama indeed... every. freakin. year.

Hopefully Pike will be part of a formula to put Alabama down. Alabama is the biggest "problem" in terms of amassing studs [with no fear of repercussions apparently] and consequent wins of any team in the country. Anything that hurts them has got to be good for football.

Saban walking around in a tux during the spring game seemed so arrogant... It's blatant there. Everything about it.

I dislike the SEC as much as the next person for the games they play. But how long has Saban been at Bama it should be close to time for him to move on the next job after his year long I'm not leaving spiel isn't it.?
