When it comes to qb scouting i really trust Kelly. I mean really trust him. Look at what he did to his qbs in cincy and cmu. Both were taken either in the draft or as a urfa this year with alot less talent around them. Tonthr kids who may feel that the spread isn't a good thing forbtheir draft stock take a look around. Football is a copy cat business. It's only a matter of time before you see some NFL teams trying to impliment it into their gamrplans

Commited to Auburn...

Under Armour All-American QB Kiehl Frazier down to two

National quarterback prospect Kiehl Frazier (Springdale, Ark./Shiloh Christian) has narrowed his long list of suitors down to two, kfsm.com reports.

"I'm going up to Arkansas either tomorrow or the day after, and then I'm taking a trip down to Auburn. After that, I'm pretty sure that I'll get it done. It's pretty much down to those two, Arkansas, Auburn," he said.
The ESPNU 150 Watch List talent could end the process this weekend during Auburn's "Big Cat Weekend."

"There's definitely a chance, because I'm getting it done because those will be my last two visits, so, really, I'm just going to Arkansas or Auburn," Frazier said. "If I'm picking Auburn, then I'm probably doing it down there. If I'm picking Arkansas, then I'm probably doing it sometime else. "

"Those are really the only things I have left to do to get the recruiting process over with, so, it should be real soon," he continued.

Buh, Bye..

@bmarcello: Kiehl Frazier wanted to and moved to safety today. "I'm very proud of Kiehl Frazier. He's a winner, a class act," Malzahn says.

@celebrityhottub: Kiehl Frazier will be the best safety ever if he can just repeat his 2012 rate of 1.6 interceptions per start.

I give him credit for not transferring though. Most high profile qbs in his situation would have bounced when asked to not play qb.

True... but playing at Alabama State just doesn't have that allure either.

I remember watching film on this kid in high school and thought he had all the tools to be wonderful. Even with Malzahn running the show.

Frazier appeared to be the next good thing at the Barn but for whatever reason he just never found his stride. I am being a little hard on him I guess. I hope it works out for him... whatever position he ends up at.

Stars don't mean ****.

Go look at ESPN's 150 from the past several years and look at how few of the 5-star, can't-miss prospects turned into big-time college stars. I've never heard of most of them since. More of the 5-stars make it than 4-stars do, and more of the 4-stars make it than 3-stars do. A team that loads up on highly rated recruits will usually produce more top players down the road, but you can't bank on any particular stud recruit making it. It's a crap shoot to a great extent.
