Seems excessively shady to announce these coaching changes the same day as signing day. I couldn't imagine the feelings of these kids or their parents who are going through that.

I think it's actually right on par with what he should be getting as a first time head coach. He's been at Ohio State his entire career and only recently as OC has he begun to call plays. He's known as a top notch recruiter. There isn't anything schematic related to him when it comes to football IQ.

He recruits Florida well and now he's got a chance to really show what he can do. I'm very curious as to how he puts a staff together.
