Commentators said earlier if Duke win the ACC does not necessarily get their winner in as only top 5 champ winners go through auto and the others are based on at large or some such.
Actually that doesn't help ND either because that will mean some other obscure conference winner gets in.

There shouldn't be preseason rankings. It adds a bit of value for hyping early season matchups but it horribly skews things. By the end of the year looking at "ranked wins" and such

Our secondary would feast on Mateer and their running game is not good. We have a good passing and rushing game unlike Alabama who handed them victory. The thought of this team not in top 12 is asinine. This team is stacked and could win the whole thing.
