But honestly, the DiNic's roast pork and broccoli rabe is glorious. I think a lot of people end up disappointed by cheesesteaks because each place is put on a pedestal which just owes itself to disappointment. Chubby's is underrated and solid. Dalessandro's is obviously really good.

That said, back to the game. Pitt will play tough, we know the NardDog coaches a good defense. I just think that in the end it will be one of those, never really a threat after the 2nd quarter 38-14 type of games.

- 21% Pressure to Sack Ratio is higher end

- 5 INTs and 4 fumbles in 5 starts. 4.5% Turnover Worthy Plays is higher end (Holstein was actually #1)

- Completion % on short throws is low end, especially for someone throwing them a lot

I don’t think he’s taking deep shots all game, usc didn’t either, but I expect they try to exploit gray in the mid game on a lot of slants and crossers where it’s more difficult to have safety help when in man.

I also expect they get their RBs out in routes a lot.

Officials are my primary concern. They can kill drives, reverse momentum on game-changing plays, extend opponent drives all depending on how they feel like calling the game Saturday. We've taken their best shots and largely been unphased (aside from TAMU loss) but this looks like an evenly matched game on paper. I'll be hyper-attuned to how they call the game.
