Folks didn't want to hear talk of Jagusah getting Pipped when i mentioned it in his thread, but if Lambert wins this and plays well, who does he displace? Two captains, a future nfl caliber center and Knapp whom Rudolph praises at every opportunity.

What an enviable position of depth and talent, although injuries will likely come knocking...

If Lambert takes over RG and thrives this season I don't see them switching him back to RT. If this happens then IMO the near future OL will have Jagusah at RT and Absher at LG.

He's arguably the most talented, but i reserve the "best" comment for those who play consistently. Jagusah hasn't been able to achieve that since he's been at ND.

Way too early to give him that crown until he plays for several games in a row.

He does...but he ain't beating Wagner out and Rudolph loves Knapp at LT. I bet Lambert is the starting RT last year unless he is dominate at RG...then maybe Black plays there

No I agree, my comment was for next season. I think our Tackles are set barring injury in 2025

I’m not even saying you’re wrong, but buddy has a lot of hype for someone who can’t stay healthy to prove it.

Lambert looks like he was put on this earth to play offensive tackle. But agree this year if they haven’t moved Knapp inside by now, Guerby’s path is likely guard. Him and Wagner holding down the right side? I’ll take it.

I could see a path where maybe if Black is a total stud, then Knapp could play LG next year if Billy goes pro. Black, Knapp, Craig, Jagusah, Lambert is what a NFL OL looks like

all depends on how ol is playing. But he hasn’t shown the ability to stay healthy. Best ability is availability

I think it gives them the chance to ease him back until someone gets banged up, which will undoubtedly happen
