There is quite a bit out there on this one.

The rape exam seemed to indicate forced penetration to the point that there was vaginal tearing.

Blood and semen were found in her underwear and pants; but DNA testing was stalled for 39 days. In other words, there were an extra 39 days between the time the evidence was ready for submission, and when it was submitted.

In warrants, victims phone records, and both Darby and Cashers phones were listed, but Darby and Casher did not comply with warrant.

At different points each Casher and Darby claimed to have each recorded some or most of the incident, and both had claimed an interest in participating and all had participated in keeping a stupid drunk victim restrained so as whatever activity took place could continue.

A super fan page on Facebook. Started by Tee Sheppard and his cousin Deontay Greenberry (and Darby). All 5 star kids once committed to ND. Darby left the class, Deontay flipped and signed with Houston at the buzzer and Tee turned out to have fake transcripts or something… and special needs maybe I don’t remember, and deaf. It was such a problem Louis Nix claimed he was sent to by someone to monitor the page, which is why he’s still listed as admin.

Thanks, was aware of the odd decommits of those three, but I don't think I was ever aware of the Facebook group. I think I saw the "Bang Band ND Gang" reference a few times over the years, but never got the explanation on what it was.
