This would be a home run higher we will probally have to make him the highest paid RB coach and assistant OC! Maybe he takes over for Denbrock once Denbrock decides to leave

You really don’t need to imagine a reshuffle of something every single news item

Beyond the obvious production of his running backs, three things have always stood out with Ja’Juan Seider while getting to know him during these last seven years…

1. Elite ego management with blue-chip RB talent on an annual basis and the cultivation of a room culture in which competition is truly intense practice-to-practice. This has been one of Penn State’s model position groups for “buy in” from players.

2. He’s always come across as a tone-setter among his fellow coaches. That extends from peer-to-peer interactions to practice environment and recruiting camps. Seider has carried a lot of clout and trust in Lasch.

3. An obvious one… He opens MANY doors in South Florida recruiting. He’s beloved in that region. Coaches know him, families know him, guidance counselors know him, and he’s proven to be effective at utilizing those relationships from afar.

Honestly, 10/10 hire. He was my first choice and probably one of the few RB coaches out there that weren't going to be a downgrade from DMC.

This is one of the few ways to upgrade at rb coach. Seider is everything Deland was with better recruiting ties.

I’ll take Seider as a recruiter and Deland as a RB coach and call it a wash
