Because Baker has more experience at LT and yesterday Rudolph made it clear that Wagner is much more comfortable at RT. He also said he doesn't want to weaken multiple OL spots to fix the LT position. So why not put our second best over there?

Just because Wagner is the second best tackle, doesn’t mean he’s the second best left tackle. So why not put our second best over there?
As compared to Duece's where it takes 8 hours to make Minute RiceThis thread is becoming the definition of taking 30 minutes to make Minute Rice. Jesus F. Christ.
The difference here is the assumption that the depth chart is written in blood. As compared to Duece's where it takes 8 hours to make Minute Rice
For awareness since I’ve been throwing it in the IU thread. There’s a chance we see Jagusah at OG it seems Jan 1
It's option 3 - he's a badassHow in the hell is he ready? Our medical staff has some cutting edge tools or perhaps the injury I heard wasn't correct...

I think unless you're sure Spindler is ready, you have to have that possibility ready to go.It sounded like a very slim chance based on MF's comments. He said CJ hasn't been practicing much, this would be his first full week of practice, and then emphasized that maintaining consistency on the OL was the most important consideration in terms of who would play.
Howard Cross and Donovan Hinish weigh 280. Georgia has a backup QB who's better at running than throwing, and they have no downfield threats against the ND secondary. So I don't think it's outrageous to consider trying big Chuck in there for a few series and see if he can just not get bulldozed by those huge OL you mentioned.Healing from an injury and y’all want him to go against an average OL size of 315lb+ and 6’6” height at a new position? Let’s not set him up to fail AND possibly hurt again.
How about we simply play Big Sean who's just as big as Big Chuck but also is fully healthy and has been practicing as a DL all season?Howard Cross and Donovan Hinish weigh 280. What do you think the Georgia offense is planning to do?
Run at us. Nonstop. What do you think the Georgia offense is planning to do?
Not opposed, but no one should have confidence in Big Sean being able to give the same amount of reps Mills did.How about we simply play Big Sean who's just as big as Big Chuck but also is fully healthy and has been practicing as a DL all season?
To be fair, this isn't Virginia's and Stanford's O line they're gonna see. Georgia O line is massive, so lining up Cross and Hinish and saying "run right at us" sounds terrifying. ND needs a lot more beef in the middle just to hold up here against their run game, which will be even heavier because Stockton isn't gonna throw as much as Beck did.Run at us. Nonstop.
Our DL depth was already in question even if Mills and Cross played since they’d both be dinged up and not 100%. Stockton looks fast and able to extend plays to eventually allow a throwing window even when our great secondary lives up to their reputation. Our LBs are going to have to play the best they’ve had all year against the run to keep the score low. I believe we still have a chance but eventually our injuries are going to catch up to us and an SEC champion isn’t who you want to face to find that out.
So we agree that Georgia will want to lean on their running game?To be fair, this isn't Virginia's and Stanford's O line they're gonna see. No, we shouldn’t. But if Rubio can do 40-45 snaps and Big Sean does 20-25 that should about cover it.Not opposed, but no one should have confidence in Big Sean being able to give the same amount of reps Mills did.
