The Dem's stance on "reasonable" abortion restrictions is similar to the Rep's stance on "reasonable" assault weapon restrictions.

Both are pretty unreasonable because they are basically going to argue the "slippery slope".

Right, and this is where people love to jump down the rabbit hole and muddy the waters. I think a lot of people can define assault weapons. Do the most ardent gun supporters want to do that? I don't think so.

It’s it really sensible? Hand guns kill more people than “assault” weapons. We ban “assault” weapons the best case scenario is a 2% reduction in homicides? How about we think outside the box and ban handguns (half joking)? I’m more worried about childhood obesity, incompetent public schools and the dumbing down of America and fatherless children than I am about “assault” weapons. Fear is a wonderful tool politicians use to get ignorant votes.

That would mean forcibly or through law requiring a vast majority of guns to be confiscated. Unless she has a single barrel .410, which I doubt- she would be a hypocrite.

Can I say I’m pro-choice if I support sensible restriction of any and all abortion after 6 weeks?

The event I attended where RFK Jr. spoke, he quoted a sad statistic. During his Uncle's Presidency, those defined with chronic illness (I believe on one or more daily prescription med like statin, diabetes's, ADHD) was 6% and today that number is 60%. He discussed Big Pharma and how they get kids dependent on their drugs at a young age making them lifers with weekly revenues in the thousands per individual.

Muddy waters… which type of gun violence are we trying to stop and who are we trying to take guns away from? Inner city violence is largely carried out with handguns. We can’t act like we care about gun violence when innocent people are being in shot in schools, churches or supermarkets but not share the same shock and fear when innocent kids are being shot in poor brown neighborhoods in or near their own homes.

How dumb is it to have a city with the same name of a different state? If I met someone who said "I'm from Indiana, Pennsylvania" I would assume they were bipolar or something.

I want to know what she will do to secure the border and why she hasn’t done it yet, what she will do to provide energy security and reliability and why she hasn’t done it, what she will do to restore commercial shipping traffic in the Red Sea from the org her administration de-listed as a terrorist org, ohh who am I kidding- how far can she drive a golf ball?

Still waiting to hear if I can be pro-choice and support full restriction on abortion after 6 weeks?
