For me to waste resources on a HS punter or kicker, he'd have to be a Harrison Mevis who would come to ND no questions asked and compete until he won the job (can't believe Polian didn't take the kid).

Besides that, it's too easy to open up NCAA.com, make a wish list and start intelligently tampering in a legal manner.

It's common sense when you look at the prospects and their commitment dates. All are expected to announce before the start of the season, Meadows technically the day after, September 1.

The staff and Freeman also likes to turn their focus to the next recruiting class earlier than most schools.

On3 goes off of upside, NFL projection. Both are great players, but in On3's eyes, Blair has the higher NFL upside.
