Ole miss pushing hard for the flip, it’s not over yet.. per loy
Two things:

1) Of course Ole Miss is pushing. All the QBs they recruited have committed elsewhere.
2) Ever since Loy went to national coverage, he puts out stuff like this to get more clicks.

All kinds of teams are trying to flip a bunch of ND commits. Saying they are trying every week is pointless.

That was the most non news, new “update” Loy has posted in a while.

“Ole Miss is pushing hard to flip him” gee, thanks. I didn’t know that one yet.

To be fair, in this case we're talking about SEC Home State U in a state we rarely pull kids out of. I'm sure there's a lot of people in Deuce's world encouraging him to Ole Miss. They're a bigger threat than most. And you're right of course they're not going to stop. Why should they?

Either way. I hope he makes the right choice here, and he's given no signs he isn't solid (the opposite, really). But if he flips, he flips. It'd be too bad, but we'll be fine.

If the smoking weed with players rumors are true, specifically freshman, that's pretty bad.
It is certainly not good. But also weed is legal in half the country. You wouldn't think it's a career-ending offense, especially since that was never confirmed publicly. Lots of coaches have done worse things than that and got new jobs.

That is why I brought up the point about them being freshman, though it's legal in much of the US but in most states you have to be 21. It's illegal in Indiana though and a felony charges if you have over an ounce. Not a good example for coming from someone who is suppose to be a role model for these kids. (Again if it's true).

Yeah, Brian Smith even said they were doing pointless drills. He wasn’t sure who was leading them. But games will start soon.
It's like aReese's Cup. If Peanut Butter and chocolate go great together, then it will be even more-er greater if we add crunchy things inside and make them 1-1/2" thick, and dark chocolate, and white chocolate.

Therefore Adidas thought, what else can we add to good drills like footwork and throwing on the run? Referee cutouts!!
This should be an OL/DL drill. I mean he held the ball for 21-22 seconds. Those poor DBs.

Oh, and the drill designers were toked out of their minds.

Whoever came up with that crap should be fired. How'd that conversation go anyway?

"Okay, we're going to have the QB's do an 80 yard obstacle course and then throw the ball, just like in a game situation."

Safe to assume, also, that ND is trying to flip a bunch of all kinds of other teams commits, too.

The street goes in both directions, which so many don't stop to think about.

As Kirby Smart would say….”I don’t recognize verbal commitment and we will not stop recruiting a player we want. Until they sign on the dotted line we keep the lines of communication open and continue recruiting them to UGA.”

Promise him red zone packages and a series or two in every game if he doesn't win the starting job by his sophomore year.

He’s going to end up a composite 5 star by the end of the cycle. Already at #51 overall.

This performance will get him a bump w/ 247. The next QB above him is at #39. He outperformed #3 Tavien St Clair at a similar event too.

Athletically, he's the most dynamic prospect of the bunch by a wide margin.

I think if he holds serve @ Elite 11, the rest of the variables gets him to 5 star comp also.
