Copium? I don't care what they rate CJ. It's just hilarious when you compare to the 3 other sites. On3 is an objectively trash website and deserves to be dragged whenever it can. The only reason I pay attention to the rankings is because it impacts the 247 composite. Evidence of the boosting players is Knapp as a top 150 guy. He tries to look like the smartest guy in the room with his rankings. He's just bad, as @TheRealLynch51 said.

Obviously the rating at On3 is off, but suggesting that they are propping up multiple other ND commits just to justify Carr's spot is...weird lol

If you were saying it about any other site than On3, I would agree with you. But they've proven time and time again what I am saying. Power hates CJ -> drives clicks and traffic, pisses off ND fans, some threaten to unsubscribe -> boosts other ND commit (Knapp in this case) to appease subscribers and show that on3 actually has their commits rated higher than the rest.

Carr made the decision to enroll at ND as quickly as possible in order to participate in bowl practices instead of an all American game, so expect his ranking to drop accordingly.

No, it’s personal with him & Carr.
At the Elite 11 Finals there were multiple scouts standing together with Power & they all had watched the exact same reps.
They all were highly impressed with Carr, except Power, who saw the exact opposite as the other 6.
One, a very well respected scout from Florida who ND fans know well pressed him on it because Power had made statements before the event about Carr’s arm strength, then at the event when Carr’s arm strength was legit Power changed his stance to Carr not being accurate under pressure. When pressed on that, it sounds like Power gave answers that gave the other scouts the indication that no matter what Carr did, Power was dropping him.
A different scout with no association to ND, who at the time was just being hired by Rivals, but was neutral at the event, straight said Powers had an agenda against Carr. Said that Carr would make an elite throw & Power would knock it.
