Fair enough, the WR "analyst" thing threw me off. I'd be fine with an analyst assisting Stuckey or whoever, that group needs all the help they can get. I still think Parker has to go though. I don't see keeping him at TE being that big of a boon, it's arguably the easiest position to assimilate elsewhere as the WR coach is already teaching similar concepts along with OL. Even if Gino isn't the guy, I would keep a dedicated QB guy on staff and then have an OC just be OC.I am reading his post as keep Stuckey and add a second WR coach/analyst:
Staff would be:
OC/QB Coach: ?
TE: Coach: Parker
WR Coach 1: Stuckey
WR Coach 2:?
OC: ?
QB: Gino or other
WR/TE: Stuckey
RB: Deland
OL: Rudolph
Other than Deland, I don't have a lot of confidence in this offensive staff right now. OL has been up and down again, WRs have been banged up so can't exactly fault Stuckey there. QB play has been up and down. Right now Hartman is on track to have the same number of TDs as Pyne with more INTs and slightly more yards. That's on Parker, and there's no excuse for it. With the exception of losing Mayer at TE which has been a decent position, we had more talent and experience to work with at almost every position and Parker blew it.
