Not good when we are hoping for a polar vortex assist

That’s incorrect. They went into this on ISD power hour. Freeman specifically said he wasn’t blaming the players and clarified what he meant. But putting all the blame on the players is gonna help? That’s who he is saying isn’t executing.
Yeah, it’s the type of play Sam is used to having a wr that makes the catch or at least attempts to make catch and it’s incompleteThe Rico pick was an rpo that was 100 percent on sam Rico I don't think even knew it was thrown to him til right before it got to him
Calls for rain and a high of 51, so by kickoff it should be around 45.Is the forecast really that bad?

Here’s what SC will be focusing on…This is the strangest defense. They are number 1 in tackles for a loss and top 5 in sacks but they are also ranked like 90th in defense. Very odd defense indeed. It’s going to rain like hell. IMO, they need to get creative in the run game, block like hell, and run Estime and Love like 45 times. Keep Price on the sideline. If we have to punt a few times bc we run the ball so much so be it. Better that than turnovers. We absolutely owned Ohio State in the trenches. No reason we can’t do the same Saturday as long as they try to win. We don’t need to pass all game. Hartman will get wrecked if we do.
I'd normally agree, but our short yardage struggled last year and cost us despite oline playing well, they gave pyne all day. Our short yardage plays if not improved will end us again, because they require so much to go perfect.I have a feeling the O-line is going to play pissed off and physical. I'm curious to see how Fisher responds after getting benched the last two series and how Rudolph gets them to respond. This is where the game is going to be won or lost.
Sadly the offense this season has devolved into what the ceiling was for last season’s offense:I'd normally agree, but our short yardage struggled last year and cost us despite oline playing well, they gave pyne all day. An average OC is significantly greater than the worst power 5 OC, that's not too shocking when you think about it.Sadly the offense this season has devolved into what the ceiling was for last season’s offense:
Last year = Pyne to Mayer and pray the run game worked
This year = Hartman to Evans and pray the run game works
So even after making a clear upgrade at QB, the results are the same? I think we will appreciate more what Tommy Rees did w/ a QB last year who is now 3rd string at Arizona St & no WR corps.
I think every ND fan in America would welcome any average OC w/ open arms right about now.An average OC is significantly greater than the worst power 5 OC, that's not too shocking when you think about it.
It's why i was only slightly disappointed when he left, but really disappointed when we settled for parker for a multitude of reasons.
i don't have that feeling. popular opinion was that the OL would play pissed off vs duke and the offense didn't put a single drive together until the very last drive of the game. at this point of the season you are who you are and ND has an OL that just isn't as good.I have a feeling the O-line is going to play pissed off and physical. I'm curious to see how Fisher responds after getting benched the last two series and how Rudolph gets them to respond. This is where the game is going to be won or lost.
Point spread alone makes me think we win. Everyone is on USC after our performance last week.
I think ND fans are on SC this week but you’re gonna hear media & non-ND fans talk about how they are set to finally be exposed. I agree SC will be exposed but not vs ND. The Irish seemed to be locked in & sky high for OSU and fell short. Who has SC had to get up for this year until now? No way they were up for ASU or UA and it showed.Point spread alone makes me think we win. Everyone is on USC after our performance last week.
Two minute drill maybe? Lol. That's our best offense these days.Just getting a chance to listen to the PC from yesterday. Did Freeman bump his head? When have we ever played fast? Our Tempo is slow, our running plays are slow developing, and our plays are just not fast unless we are playing TSU.
