He had the miracle Bama win but besides that it was a classic BK 1.0 season —

Lost to the majority of ranked teams he played, some embarrassingly.

One inexplicable loss to an overmatched opponent (A&M).

Major special teams miscues in most losses.

I think he will be successful at LSU if he applies himself but we’ll see.

If he has a similar season next season, how long will the LSU boosters let him stay?

Definitely. But I consider a fanboy any poster who tries to argue that criticism of Kelly = hating or not appreciating him. I also consider BK fanboys any posters who have tried to contrast Kelly’s early “success” at LSU as a sign of how poor of a hire Marcus Freeman was for ND and/or how elite of a coach Kelly is. I could list out these posters, but I’ll let their silence speak.

Wonder how many QB's transfer out of LSU?

I forgot he had Nussemeir, 5* Howard, the flip from Purdue coming in 2023, and the kid from 2024 reclassifying to 2023.

He will be there as long as he can beat Bama. We get to 10 wins with him this season. He doesn’t lose to Marshall or Stanford at home.

Don’t act like he didnt lose to plenty of teams he shouldnt have while here. Hell just last year it took Jack Coan and a small miracle to not lose to Virginia Tech and Toledo. Both games all odds say they definitely should have lost half way through the 4th qtr. He would not have had Jack Coan this year. Nearly lost to a 5-7 FSU team as well.

Oh and we got basically embarrassed by Cincinnati at home in a game he was thoroughly out-coached in. I’m sorry but Cincinnati did not have more talent than ND last year regardless of their record.

2023 will be classic BK. QB controversy as everyone wants the backup. I know this isn't unique to BK, it happens many places. But, seems to have it more often than not.

Yep. He’s has great success in year 3 at his prev stops. Will be interesting if he can still deliver.

This is literally the exact response this dude is going for lol.

It’s just some dude trolling Twitter making random lists to drive responses. It’s the exact same thing as when they make those lists like “America’s Favorite Halloween Candy” and then randomly give one state Dots and another Circus Peanuts and then people from those states get pissed and interact with the post because they’re pissed.

Was the same guy who ranked “best Mexican restaurants” in P5 towns a few months back and for South Bend said it’s Qdoba.
