Guess this is where I should put this. We've been married 24+ years now. She's a Georgia peach and not a huge football fan. Last week for osu a friend of mine came over and we watched the game on our back deck with wings and beer on ice. He's actually an auburn fan but has been converted lol. Well the Irish scored and I break into the fight song. Suddenly she joins in and sang it word for word with me.

Thursday night my wife was watching a video on her phone on the couch next to me about the Queen passing while I was watching the TNF game. She pauses her video, looks at me puzzled, and says, "Why was the Queen in Scotland when she was sick?" I asked her (while knowing where the conversation was going) why she's questioning the Queen being in Scotland. Her response, "Well she's the Queen of Britain, shouldn't she be there?"

The next bit of the convo:
Me: "What do you think Britain is?"
Her: "England..."
Me: "Yeah, aaannnddd..."

We then had to spend the next 5 minutes as I explained what the UK was and how it works. Really blew her mind when I brought in the Commonwealth of Nations

"Crystal Skull" was probably the first time I've ever left a theater legitimately pissed off about how bad a movie was.

I've seen bad movies. Usually you're still entertained, and can laugh about them. But "Crystal Skull" was just infuriatingly bad for some reason lol.

Yeah,… me too I think… they took a great occult, biblical artifacts franchise and turned it into ‘AwEiNs’… Also his son… and much of the overall plot. I felt legit betrayed… lol

I was a kid when Phantom Menace came out and it was my first "new" Star Wars film, so it is a bit nostalgic for me. Without question, it's not a great movie, but I like it more than most for those simple reasons
