To be fair, they have 8 guys tied up at the line with only 3 defenders applying pressure. If you can't cover 3 receiving options with 8 guys you might want to reconsider your choices.

No, it wasn't a swing and miss by anyone not getting the sarcasm in the post I first quoted. Maybe I should have made that more clear. I got that it was sarcasm, but it's just frustrating that every single recruit thread turns in to shit. If I contributed to that on this thread by simply mentioning du Lac maybe just hit pause every now and again, I apologize. I won't comment any more on those kind of posts.

If you, or anyone, are going to point out a post's lack of necessity, perhaps it shouldn't be one where the humor is rooted in actual football (or the recruit whose thread it happens to be), but rather one of the other examples I mentioned. @du Lac 's post was a direct reply to a video posted about Vernon. Not sure why THAT was the hill you decided to die on. Seems like it was maybe more about the poster than the post.
