Last week Driskell and Shaun Davis said they expect 8 public commitments by the end of July for the 2023 class.

They noted that there could very well be more than 8, given how ND is making a move with Christian Hamilton and Elijah Paige and that if they get Flores and Hanifin (plus Hamilton) that could cause Greathouse to pull the trigger as well. ND would take a 5-man WR class of James, Hanifin, Flores, Greathouse, and Hamilton.

I can’t keep up with all the Crystal Balls, Futurecasts, On3 Predictions, etc… that are happening recently.

Is there a thread we can have them all centrally located?

I would guess that would be Friday?
I would also guess one could be Cam Williams with the way Driskell hinted that one eas related to Carr’s commitment.

They have to. If you get Freeling and Jagusah you have to Irvin out Otting.

That said, I don’t think Freeling is close to a sure thing. He’s got a lot of schools coming at him and he might not be ready to commit

Paige may not have highest ceiling but he is a pure tackle playing in a passing offense. He comes in closest to ready made. If one or both of Alt Fisher leave for NFL you need someone ready on the early end to take snaps at tackle

I watched Paige's film and I have no idea how he is only a 3-star on the 247 composite. Regarding Otting, if Iowa and Harry want him then that's good enough for me.

They got m'pemba to move his OV to the fall
A few others they're playing longer for too

But yeah, they want about 3/4 or more of the class before the season starts

Well, there's certainly no reason for them to worry about having a QB that can sling it to them with Carr's commit.
