I genuinely believe it depends on Moore. If he pops for the good guys, it likely gives these two less incentive to do so. If Moore goes elsewhere don't be surprised if the next QB commit is a '24 kid. Just my opinion.

It is rather strange, but my guess is that ND believes they can work through that somehow and get both. It's pretty clear that they believe that Carr is the #1 QB in the 2024 class, so I'm for it.
