If it’s confirmed he’s visiting this weekend, the crumbs will still to have fallen in line.
How much?A&M offered
Their 2023 Qb just decommitted and looks like may be headed to Bama so their scrambling at the moment. Which also partially answers the question from another thread of 'Is this happening in the SEC?'A&M offered
It is, except when it comes to NIL they're playing with heavy artillery while we're bringing butter knives to a gun fight.Their 2023 Qb just decommitted and looks like may be headed to Bama so their scrambling at the moment. Why didn’t they just pay Eli to stay then?It is, except when it comes to NIL they're playing with heavy artillery while we're bringing butter knives to a gun fight.

Come on, man - don't be disingenuous. Do you really think ND is properly equipped for what's happening with NIL right now? And he's presumably leaving for Bama. Even if they're not paying (they probably are), it's BAMA - a place QBs prosper. Why didn’t they just pay Eli to stay then?
I think some players have gone to the higher bidder since the beginning of time. Things are out in the open for us to see is the main change. But Holstein is a perfect example of at a certain level, some - many kids are still gonna pick the school they think they’ll “prosper” at or win at. Some won’t and the Tennessee’s of the world will always be there to facilitate the quick buck, just like any marketplace in the world. I’ll say this, when a Caleb Williams or Bryce Young make both more money via NIL in their career + drafted higher than Nico does, the market will reflect what some of the long-term thinking players already know, that going to the place you can get developed at + win at is the long term better business deal. That’s NDs main play, they just need to execute it. Again, if you need/want the quick buck instead? Fine take it, those will always be there too.Come on, man - don't be disingenuous. The question I don’t believe any insiders (Loy, Singer etc) would ever answer but my conspiracy brain is curious on, is NDs short lived abrupt recruitment of Nico at all NIL related? Like maybe their camp put out feelers that up front NIL was a priority if ND was gonna recruit him? Doesn’t seem to far fetched IMO
It's absolutely not far fetched. If reports are true, Nico supposedly accepted the NIL offer a couple weeks ago...yet waited to even commit to tennessee. Why? I would pretty much guarantee it was because he went back to oregon and alabama (and who knows who) to try and get a comparable or better NIL deal from them. I would imagine his responses from other schools were, at best, "let me get back with you" to outright being laughed at and simply told, "no, we won't be doing that for you. Good luck to you in the future, Nico."The question I don’t believe any insiders (Loy, Singer etc) would ever answer but my conspiracy brain is curious on, is NDs short lived abrupt recruitment of Nico at all NIL related? It’s confirmed Moore is visiting this weekend? Singer still hasn’t confirmed it, just said if he does it will be while he is on spring break end of March. If it’s confirmed he’s visiting this weekend, the crumbs will still to have fallen in line.
I prefer to look at it this way....what type of person feels compelled to create multiple personas to keep posting on a random site that s/he has been banned / suspended from? What’s the point of banning a poster if they can easily join again under a different name?
So Razor=Koon=Driskell??I prefer to look at it this way....what type of person feels compelled to create multiple personas to keep posting on a random site that s/he has been banned / suspended from?
It's probably not that hard. All you need is a burner email and new IP I'm sure. What’s the point of banning a poster if they can easily join again under a different name?
Look at like a game of whack a mole. Where will he pop up next and what creative name will be used. What’s the point of banning a poster if they can easily join again under a different name?

LSU would be fun. This board would go nuts. This is fun read on the national QB dominoes in play right now.

QB activity heating up in 2023: What to know as the dominoes begin to topple
A handful of 5-stars are already off the board in 2023, but we're not close to finished yet.247sports.com
Wiltfong says he wouldn't be surprised if Moore is off the board sooner rather than later. Called Oregon and LSU the biggest competition to ND.
well we know for a fact that were telling kids that the top performing 10% get paid top 10% $ and thats how the real world works and I think there's probably alot of pointing to money made by Hamilton in that regard.I do wonder if his representation has had meetings with various ND interests or were able to present him with forecasting where they are saying this is your value at ND verses elsewhere. Or able to say current are able to leverage NIL to this dollar amount once they are enrolled....

death is inevitable?IE is like heroin. Once you're hooked..............
I hope that isn't the messaging. Should be more in the vein of 'we can't promise or facilitate any upfront money, but here's what precedent has been set with current players, how we're continuing to push that further for future nd players, and then anything before enrolling would need to be driven by groups external to the university. 'We also know they are telling these kids they wont be getting any big upfront money to commit to ND.
well im sure were wordsmithing the hell out of itI hope that isn't the messaging.
