A poster at ISD brought this up and I hadn’t given it any thought until now. Elko must be feeling like a real asshole right now. He left A&M for the money and possible career boost. Our 2nd DC in 4 years is now becoming a HC, before him. And one of them is the next HC at ND. Bad life choices Mike.

He has the money and his career has been boosted. Turned down HC opportunities and could have a chance before this cycle is up. Bad life choice is kinda much

Hope Freeman is able to use his leverage to negotiate a definitive timeline for facilities upgrades + other changes that led to Kelly's departure. It's important to not forget that Kelly didn't just leave bc LSU wrote him a blank check.

The dynamic between Elston and Freeman will be interesting. Im sure a lot will be collaborative but don’t see Elston calling out plays at all lol. I could see Freeman and then maybe eventually down the line Mickens or other take calling the D

Funny enough, A&M ended the regular season with what would have been the highest SP+ ranking of any Big 12 school. Good enough for 8-4 in the SEC West.

We have have HAVE to get Freeman a private jet. One of his biggest attributes is his recruiting. We need to give him every tool possible to capitalize on that.

Split the difference and go for a Citation X... the fastest private jet in the business for a well worth it 20m.

It will make up its value when your speeding along at mach .97 on your way to steal a 5 star.

We're going to need an updated staff list. Are Del and Quinn officially gone? I can't imagine Hartline would come here do you? If Day heads to Chicago and Fickell takes over OSU, I imagine he's inline for a huge step up.

There may have been more but I know one of the things was supposedly Liam Eichenberg maintained a journal of how he was treated by Harry and it wasnt pretty. Very "old school" indeed.

Harry was very good here with generational talent. He has not been very good at almost all his other stops. I think ND needs to continue to look forward as a program.
