Big plays will be the difference. ND will make more of them. Hamilton and the corners will play well enough to contain Wisconsin and they won’t do enough as a one dimensional team. Tough game. Irish add a late TD to seal it, making it look more comfortable than it will be.

ND will still struggle to protect Coan and won’t get consistent running game blocks. However when it’s there, they will take advantage. I see Wisconsin only getting 1 (maybe 2) TDs today. It won’t be enough.

If they stick to that formula they are basically Navy with a Top 5 run D in the country and honestly they could win out LMAO. They have Iowa this week and Minnesota so they still control their own destiny in the B1G West. I feel like it can’t work but man it might

He's so bad. The fact they continue to roll him out there is either just pure stubbornness or they legitimately don't have a viable 2nd option with a higher floor than his abysmal QB play, which is shocking.

Either way, major indictment on the Wisconsin coaching staff for their poor QB recruiting and lack of development.

I do worry about their defense being pretty solid. They had an abysmal offense last year but their defense kept them in games and led to upsets of Washington and Illinois.

Being the first game of the year, I would be really concerned if I was Wisconsin’s offense, though. Should be a game where our pass rush can take over. I think this will be a fun one!
