Surprised me with his athleticism today. Definitely could see him sticking at tight end and succeeding. Moves much better than I expected for his size.

Staff wanting to see more of him and Berrong felt like one of the more obvious goals for today

thought he looked good as well.

and I hope he sticks at TE because if he moves to OL, it’s basically a wasted scholarship for 3 years or so.

He's not moving. He looked like he was in the 240's and he's "just" 6-5. Those 6-7 reports were just weird.

I'm not surprised by his play. I wasn't as adamant here as I was on 247 where I introduce that board to him but I think this guy is a YAC machine that's gonna hit big.

Liked his blocking last night. Not afraid to stick his nose in there and hit someone. Must have played something besides QB in HS

And that targeting call? Probably ligit. But how the hell can it be an illegal blindside block when you hit a guy in the face?

How often do you even see a targeting call on offense? That was the first I've ever seen one, not to mention he used his shoulder and not the crown of the helmet. He also didn't launch himself, and it wasn't a defenseless ball carrier. I was baffled.

I just watched the game for the first time and legit did not understand what was happening with that call. It looked like a normal block?

Officiating was as bad as I've seen in a while. They called clipping on Carroll(?) where the replay had Hasselback questioning what the refs saw.

Also when was the last time we’ve heard the term “Clipping” called in a game? I haven’t in a while

I was also very impressed with his blocking in Saturday's game. Could he be our Tommy Tremble going forward?

Bauman becomes TE2... can Berrong hold off Staes and Raridon for "young TE that can play WR when we need it"?

Google tells me 3 month recovery time. So we can expect him back for maybe the end of October.

I was hoping our te depth would help offset our wr issues

That doesn’t appear to be the case with this injury too

Are they not allowed to practice in better cleats? Fuck Under Armor. I’m starting a fire and throwing all my UA shit in it today.
