I understand the demand on single-digit numbers...

But I always think it's cool when players wear numbers not normally reserved for their position. Like a WR wearing a number in the 20's or 40's, or a running back wearing a number in the high 40's (sort of common in the NFL still).

The one bright side to ball-hawking defensive tackles...

its getting to a point now with WR's seeing a dude wear a number in the 80's is kind of unique!

Never like seeing DL wear single digits, especially freshmen generally means they are high star recruits with big ego's.

I hate when players are promising their favourite number. They should be earned, not given as recruiting promises

Yeah, it's not even unique now haha. If I'm a DL and I want to get noticed, I'm asking for number 33 or something.

Color me impressed.

Not only did Watkins choose a great song, the youngsters in attendance knew the words!

They've all seen Remember the Titans, though:

It was so random! And he was so serious!

One of the funniest things I've seen lately!

yea agreed...I laughed out loud. There is a man comfortable in his own skin...don't discount how important that is. They smell it when you aren't.

Couldn't find his thread. Avery Sebastian tweeted that he's down to 189 from 216 a year ago.

Wasn't the last thing that a decision wouldn't be made until the end of the summer (school) session? But that he was 'separated' from the team in the meantime?
