Who: Cersei Lannister

How: Accidentally. She will discover that Olenna poisoned Joffrey and will try and get her revenge by poisoning Maergery's drink. Tommen will accidentally drink the poison.

Where: Some random feast.

Why: Tommen volunteers to be the champion of the faith in Cersei's trial by combat

I think Clegane bowl has been so overhyped that it won't happen, and I think that GRRM's ending for the Sandor in the books is perfect, and I'd hate for him to ruin it. But Tommen volunteers as champion and either a) The Mountain realizes that he can't kill the king and lets himself get killed (Not really likely from either pre or post zombified Gregor Clegane) or b) Tommen gets wrecked

Not excited about Margaery dying. She's hot. I know it's going to happen, probably pretty soon. They have no problem killing anyone on this show.

There is an old Targarean King named Viserys I, nicknamed "The Young Prince". He died from infection after slipping and cutting his hand on the Iron Throne. I think the same will happen (either infection or just straight up getting stuck by the thrown) when Jaime confronts him and shakes the shit out of him for being dumb as shit.

This would be mine as well. So to differentiate I'll say that I think Margaery will die, but Cersei won't have anything to do with it. I think Tommen will fall out of the red keep after he finds out about Jaime being his father, his fall will be a parallel to Bran's in GoT.

How: Jaime lights off the Wild Fire that he knows the Mad King had under the Sept to kill all of the sparrows and inadvertently kills Tommen who was there without Jaime's knowledge.
