It's known as the "Pizza Capital Of The World" (great marketing) because of the volume of pizza shops in the town. Old Forge supports 20+ pizza shops and is a town of about 2 sq. miles with a population 10K.

The pizza is great, but polarizing. It's very distinct and outsiders either love it or hate it.
