Wiltfong said unequivocally that ND is not done. Went on to say he feels good about Robertson and we could get Kelly. But even without either of those he expects the class to grow.

Are the rest of our targets NSD announcements or any other dates I need to circle on my calendar?

That is really encouraging. Makes me even more useless for the next couple weeks lol.

Probably Johnson and Morris if not the big fish.

...if it was just the big fish left I would be ecstatic then.

Listening to it right now, 40 minutes in, it's all about talking through the current commits, overall impression, where they fit in etc.

Not sure if they talk about uncommitted recruits or not.

Not entirely, they touch on Kelly and Davis at the beginning.

So if Loy is right, we will land Robertson, Kelly, and Jones according to his CB's. That would be a spectacular finish by all accounts. I sure as hell hope he is right.

Just wanted to bump this comment, as I was curious who others besides Kelly and DR might be? Just Jones, or are there others that maybe we have not heard about yet, as it seems like Johnson "bleeds blue."

But we are blue too...so does it have a side of Maize or Gold?

Right now, I don't think anyone knows what will happen. We're two weeks out from people signing, and there isn't a single kid that is truly locked in to ND.

People saying that we lead for Robertson... well then we have to hold off Ala-fucking-Bama as well as the rest of the world for him. That's doable, but it sure as hell isn't a sure thing.

Kelly is -- at best -- a toss-up with Oklahoma right now. Jones has told both Michigan and Notre Dame some very good things... I currently doubt strongly that he ends up at ND. Johnson probably has a good chance of being added to the class, but do we even want another WR if we're getting DRob?

Many people said McCulloch wasn't leaving Texas. Then A&M became a dumpster fire, and people got optimistic. I don't really understand that, because that only eliminates one school.

I don't think any of the other guys on the board are even really worth discussing right now, but I think it's possible that some new names could pop up per usual.

So I think your optimistic "best case" scenario right now is Robertson + Kelly + Jones + "surprise"... I think a realistic hope is Robertson + surprise + maybe a LB.

From Rivals' article:

Eichenberg and Kareem become the fifth and sixth commits for Notre Dame to be ranked inside the Rivals250, but a number of top targets remain on the board and at least one Irish pledge is expected to earn a fourth-star later in the week.

My guess is Pride is the one he's referring to do get his 4th star

That makes sense, and would be well deserved.

After all, they gotta be sick of Kelly (ND) taking 3 stars and tearing the fuck up!

Yea, it's Pride. They already have moved him up to 5.8 rating is which 4 star territory. Not sure why they are waiting to put the 4th star up, maybe a timing issue with a piece they are writing. I know it doesn't really matter but our class looks really good at Rivals and could look insane with Kelly and Robertson.
