Pitt really needs a smaller on campus stadium. Every time I watch the a Pitt home game that isn't ND it looks half full.
After watching Temple last Thursday and Pitt this week, If ND comes out focused they should win each game by 21.
why do homers do this? It's so distasteful.. It's like saying I'm going out to buy milk, bread, and baby food and all you come home with is a hangover..
Maybe UNC can beat Clemson...

Let's just try to win the game..

Is this Pitt's usual QB? He looks terrible. I don't think I've seen an accurate throw yet.
Anyone else have a sinking feeling about this one after last night? Hey, at least Game Day won't be there
Are you serious? Have you watched us play in the last decade? Making scrub, 3rd tier QBs look like Hall of Famers is what we do. This Pitt QB is going to have the game of his life. Remember the Virgina QB? Of course you don't because he's garbage but he still almost beat us.I have zero concern about this one. Boyd will be shut down and their QB is the worst one on our schedule by far. There is no way this kid has what it takes to win this type of game.
Pitt doesn't have a third of the athletes as Temple.
No Shumate in the firs half will be a huge problem. I remember what happened a couple of years ago when the game turned once Tuitt was ejected for a ridiculous targeting penalty,
I'm well aware of the history, icky. I simply don't think Pitt's QB is capable, on any level.
Also, not worried about the game. Shake off the rust, get back into the flow, and get after it. This will be much more comfortable then yesterday.
Im not worried, but see it playing out very similar to Temple. These are the type of teams that give ND fits. Scrappy, tough, under-appreciated kids playing the perceived "glamor boys" from ND. I feel like these games always resemble a fight in a phone booth.
