Looks like Dell's Black Friday ad was leaked.

Xbox One Gears of War Ultimate Edition Bundle (500GB)
Fallout 4
Extra controller

$299.99

That's a pretty awesome deal, though I have no interest in Gears of War and very little interest in Fallout 4. Would anybody be interested in taking either of those off my hands if I bought the bundle?

Not for Xbox, sorry. I'm actually thinking about getting a copy of Fallout 4 for PS4 though. I pre-ordered the Pipboy version for PC ages ago, but I don't feel like hauling my rig to my buddy's house when we play.

I would perhaps be interested in Fallout 4 if the price is right. It intrigues me greatly, despite what I was saying yesterday about expansive games and not having time.

For a game that looks as good as Fallout 4 does, I might have to force myself into a major time sink.

If it's the physical copy I'd try taking it in to Wal-Mart, say you got it as a gift and see if they'll give you the $65. Worked for me when I got a bundle a few years ago.

Playing the shit out of Phantom Pain. Trying to get through it before Fallout comes out because I know I'm gonna go into hibernation for that game

I was always an Xbox guy (had first one and 360). My ex-gf had a PS3 and I played The Last of Us and was blown away. Really did my research and preordered a PS4. Got it on launch and never turned back. Controller is better, online is much improved from PS3 days, and exclusives are more my taste than what Xbox has. PS4, in my opinion, is the better console. I even did a two month switch with my buddy, let him borrow my PS4 and I got his XB1. I wanted my PS4 back after one month. Needless to say, he was quite salty that he did not get a PS4.

I'm not trolling, genuinely asking: What exclusives? I'm trying to think of all the exclusives I have on my system and one of them is a PS3 remake (Last of Us) and the other is Until Dawn.

Don't get me wrong, I love my ps4 and think it's the better console. But I wouldn't say exclusives are the reason why. Unless I'm forgetting something.

I'm leaning hard towards the X-bone (does anyone call it that? They should.) but the one PS4 exclusive that's making me antsy is MLB The Show. I'd love to have a great baseball game and Xbox doesn't even offer a mediocre one.

My brother-in-law is probably the only person I know in real life who I'd play online with, and he has an Xbox. I really think I'd be happy with either one so it'll probably just come down to whichever one has a better deal during the holiday shopping season. Dell's Xbox with additional controller and Fallout 4 is going to be hard to beat, but if the PS4 offers a similar deal with Battlefront, I'd probably go that route.

The thing I will say is that the ps4 likely has a lot more POTENTIAL to have killer exclusives in the future. They've also become the defacto system of the generation like 360 was last generation so they'll likely keep getting more little bonuses and exclusive content on the multi platform releases.

The main reason right now I prefer ps4 is because 1. They have the healthiest relationship with some of the Indies and weird Japanese developers. 2. I prefer the culture of Playstation‘s brand over Xbox. ("We love games" versus "Drink mountain dew and eat Doritos")

Hahaha nicely put man. I'm also a Playstation Fan, and have no regrets getting the PS4. The OS functions just the way it should, PS Plus is a good value for how many free games you can download, and the graphics are great. I am by no means a graphics snob, but there are some PS4 games that are just stunning. In regards to the PS4 Exclusives, there hasnt been that many truly great ones, but No Mans Sky, I believe is going to be PS4 exclusive.... and it looks amazing. It looks too good to be true at this point.

I think choosing a system based on who you play with online is one of the smarter routes.

Just a few off the top of my head....

The Order was beautiful but short, worth playing not worth buying.

I have The Last of Us remastered. Thus, The Last of Us 2 will come eventually.

Bloodborne = amazing

Until Dawn as you mentioned.

MLB The Show = absolute need for me.

Unchartered is coming.

Hotline Miami series.

No Man's Sky!!!!!

Gran Turismo is coming.

The new Metal Gear is an all time great game.

I am big into baseball (huge Cubs fan and I umpire college ball) and XBOX doesn't offer anything. I'm big into FIFA, world wide competition is better online with PS4, IMHO. I love racing games, and for my money Gran Turismo > Forza and wheel/pedal rig support is better on PS. Also huge into survival horror games, so SCE is my choice. I am not a Halo guy, so that's a knock against XBOX. IMO, PS4 online community is more mature, less screeching children and tweens.

XBONE's exclusives are generally meh for me. Also feel MS is more about the multimedia stuff than hardcore gaming. I feel PS is more about gaming without being over the top like PC gaming tends to be.

JMHO.

I still play NCAA '14 on by xbox 360 though. I'm in my 13th season or so. No worries guys, ND has won 4 titles in my 6 seasons there.

This is a good idea for you then. If you want to play online and have people to play with do so.

I have a core group of guys that I play with online. But I met them all through playing online and through one another.

Guy who is in IT in South Carolina. Works from home.
Couple of guys from Canada. One who was born in Germany.
A guy from Ireland. A guy from London.
A guy from Indy that I only know online and we played together for nearly a year before we realized that we live about 10 minutes from each other.
A couple of college kids from Cali and Tenn.
Hell we all buy games based on what one another wants to play next. I found the community to be very good. Hell these guys share games with one another. The guy that works in IT has literally bought PS gift cards to get guys download packs so we could all play the new maps on Battlefield together.

I've stopped buying new games since I can wait a couple years and pick them up for 1/3 the price. But I'm really looking forward to The Last Guardian. WHEN it finally comes out, I'll probably get into next gen a couple years after that!

I don't play nearly enough. I probably haven't finished a game since Grand Theft Auto IV.

Are there any good tactical shooters out there for the current gen? Something like the original Ghost Recon. It seems like all of the shooters these days are made for the ADD generation.

2 new Tom Clancy games coming out, 1 Dec 1st and the other sometime early 2016.

Battlefield is kind of a tactical shooter a lot more so than Calll of Duty now a days

Surprised no one has posted anything about Overwatch yet.

I guess I'm gonna have to upgrade my internet so I can play all of these multiplayer games without frustration.

I'm glad you guys posted those. They seem like cool alternatives to CoD/Halo. I'm particularly excited for For Honor.

That's why I asked last night about any good tactical shooters. The co-op in the original Ghost Recon was fantastic. It was realistic military-style, team-based combat missions. Everything now is futuristic run-and-gun and that doesn't really appeal to me.

Well Overwatch probably doesn't look like it's for you, but perhaps For Honor will require some actual tactics (I'd imagine it will, since you control armies of bots and don't have guns).

I just meant in the sense of being a literal alternative, in any sense, to CoD and Halo series'. I know there are plenty of shooting/multiplayers games, but these two in particular look unique, even though Overwatch is run-and-gun.

EDIT: Overwatch looks part run-and-gun, part actual strategy based on classes/powers/defensive capabilities, but still looks like mostly ADD mayhem.

Yeah Overwatch doesn't do it for me. Reality appeals to me much more than fantasy. No aliens, zombies, or future for me.

Except Battlefront. Battlefront looks awesome because Star Wars.

I'm so jacked up for Battlefront that I am literally gonna tweak my budget and get better internet so I can try and actually be good online.

I was bummed when it was first announced, because they said you wouldn't be able to get in AT-AT's. It seems that was either changed or just deliberate misinformation.

I see no reason to play on any level other than Hoth.

Never played Ghost Recon, but all the best online FPSs now are class-based and asymmetrical. Realism != balanced and engaging gameplay.

I like that they've tried to capture more realistic medieval combat, but the gameplay overall looks very similar to Dynasty Warriors.
