Super Bowl Commercials

These are one of the reasons the SB is most watch thing on TV.

Doritos commercials have been pretty good last couple years.

Also looks like we're gonna get some Kim K and Kate Upton commercials today.

Bud light should have an that "up for whatever" city, and if I had to guess Area 51 will make it's way into a commercial or two.

Anyways, a place to discuss today's and past SB commercials.

My last 3 SB parties I've attended have so good I could tell you about 1 commercial. Really going to focus on that this year. Maybe not play any poker is how serious this is for me. Killed me the days after when people talk about them and I'm just broke.

I'm boycotting SB commercials until the Bud Bowl returns.

*the best one was when they had a 40 oz. on the field as "The Fridge."

I may be "old," but I've had the same attitude since I was in diapers as a baby. And still will when in old man diapers.

That's two decades away with any luck.

You're doing it wrong then.

Just what am I doing wrong? While I might appreciate concept, writing and production value for any given ad, I see no need to watch or fawn.

dshans: can we get a verdict on "baby you're a firework"? I maintain that firework, singular, is improper. The spectacle is referred to in the collective "fireworks," while a single unit would require a different noun, such as "rocket."

I was suggesting that if you don't see a difference between SB commercials and the other 364 days a year then you're not paying close attention. It wasn't a comment on the need to watch or fawning when you do.

Lacking context, "firework" is certainly acceptable. "Fireworks" is a collection, an amalgam of individual "firework's."
