Haha, I ration. I got 12 bottles of KBS 9 months ago, and I bought 4 bottles each of the Goose Island. I'm now down to one bottle of each. Next batch of KBS comes in two and a half months so I'm pretty pumped to restock.

Yes sir . KBS release , the ides of March .

Had a New Belgium Shift Pale Lager while I made some green chile chicken enchiladas. I am thinking that tonight is a good night to try and clear out some of the New Belgium beers (Fat Tire, Ranger, and 1554) from the fridge as tomorrow is a day for good beers (Stone Enjoy By, Victory DirtWolf) and local beers (San Tan Hop Shock).

Thoughts? Enjoy by was delayed here...

It is very good (as all of them have been). Big fruit notes on the nose when you pop the cap off (citrus and tropical). The taste is very good (with the slightest hint of onion, makes me wonder if they used Summit hops somewhere in it) and about what you expect from Enjoy By. I bought 4 bottles and will probably grab 1-2 more in the near future.

Did you get any Hopslam? It won't be coming here for 2 more weeks or so.

As is probably obvious from my menu, I favor a certain flavor profile. Haha. But it is very good, not exceptional. I think I paid 9.99 for it, and I don't feel the least bit ripped off.

I tried a Leinenkugel's Big Butt Doppelbock. Not bad at all in my opinion, which is nowhere near expert.

I have no idea if it makes any sense, but it reminds me of a few brown ales I like.

Unfortunately, I did not. Everywhere was sold out! I'm on a waiting list for next Wednesday though

Got a sixer of Sierra Nevada Nooner today. Mellow me through the Seahawks game, I trust.

Had a bomber of 3F Cimmerian Sabretooth Berzerker DIPA and Space Station Middle Finger APA last night. The former was delicious, the latter was meh.

Miller High Life. I bought a 32oz bottle to simmer the brats in and I had about 6oz leftover.
